By booking Lucian Films, you acknowledge that videography and editing are creative services. The final film, edits, music, colour, pacing and storytelling choices will reflect the creative style of Lucian Films.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the project, season, workload and package booked.
Copyright and usage
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Lucian Films retains copyright ownership of footage, edits, films, images and creative work produced.
Clients receive usage rights for personal viewing and sharing, unless different terms are agreed in writing.
Lucian Films may use selected films, clips, images or screenshots for portfolio, website, social media, promotional or award purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, timings, locations, contact information and any restrictions that may affect filming.
Clients should also inform Lucian Films of any venue rules, supplier restrictions, photography or videography limitations, or privacy concerns before the wedding or event.
Limitation of liability
Lucian Films will take reasonable care when providing services. However, we are not responsible for issues outside our reasonable control, including venue restrictions, weather, guest behaviour, supplier delays, technical restrictions, access limitations or changes to the event schedule.
